How can you be Loyal?

We live in a world where selfishness seems to be the rule of the day, and personal gain the objective of most relationships and endeavors. One of the most honorable character traits a person can develop is the ability to be loyal, whether to family, friends, an employer, or clubs and organizations to which we may belong. Loyalty can be rewarded, but loyalty usually comes from within.

How can you be Loyal?

1)    Understand what loyalty is.   Loyalty is giving space to someone or some cause before you, giving importance to the other person, keeping aside your priorities.

2)    Be willing to sacrifice. Being loyal to a friend or your own family can also require sacrifice.

3)    Consider the loyalty benefits. This is mainly for employees, as you know being a loyal employee can build trust with the employer, it can raise your salary, it can promote you to higher positions.

4)    See that you are loyal to the right people. Being loyal to the wrong groups or people can trouble you, so you need to choose the right people to be loyal with. It is a practical thing to expect the person or group to which you give your loyalty to be loyal to you in return.

Does Honesty Pay?

Well the definition of “truth” varies with the perception of people. But what is important is whether you are honest to yourself or not? You lose the most precious relation or person for the sake of honesty? “Honesty is the best policy”.

Honesty does pay in long run. Let it be any situation many people believe in karma and the saying “what goes around comes around”.

“The real things haven’t changed. It is still best to be honest and truthful; to make the most of what we have; to be happy with simple pleasures; and have courage when things go wrong.” ― Laura Ingalls Wilder.

Honesty builds the trust in everyone. Honesty reflects the personality.  If you are honest, you win any sort of hurdles. At times when you face failures in business, you can bounce back quickly if you are honest, all your business associates will support you with all the help you need to win the game.

Honest mindset filters our view of life, and how we react to difficult situations. This lens explores how about our integrity and how we treat others. Honest citizens will have a positive effect on their communities, their country and ultimately–the world.

Leadership is nothing but the action;

Leadership is nothing but the action; there is a big difference between talking about doing something and actually doing. Many people push off the responsibility on to others because of which they cannot grow further.  Dreaming of big things and creating big things are really of a different status.

In the corporate world people are grown to next level only by taking right decisions and actions. In society leaders are grown by taking actions to change the people’s lives.

Leaders

1)      Study the problem

2)      Find out the solution

3)      Prepare plan to solve the problem

4)      Make a team to solve the problem

5)      Take action

So take actions your world to make a difference in other people’s lives and the difference in the corporate world.

Why patience is required for success?

You need to have patience to have success in everything you do. Whenever you start with any venture or take up any assignment you need to understand the time required to complete the assignment or succeed in the venture.

A seed is sown and watered for many days / months to start its life and come above the ground level. It does not mean that it was not growing for so many days/months, but it was growing its roots. Similarly everything you start with, needs to grow the roots to get established and then start growing above the level which will be seen by everyone. Keeping patience and continuing with the constant effort in the right direction is required to see the results.

A small story is narrated below to conclude why patience is necessary.

“In a village a farmer wanted to sell his acres of land and the publicity was done for the same. One person enquired and consulted the experts to have their views to decide the buying. The consultants told that the land has got goldmine inside and it is worth lots of money for him. So he brought the land and started digging for the gold. He went on digging many feet’s and many months but there was no sign of gold. Finally after putting efforts for many months he thought that he is been fooled by the farmer and then he decides to sell the land even at the lower price.

A new buyer came and examined through his consultants and brought the land in fewer prices. Even he started digging for the gold and the miracle happened after digging hardly about 5 -6 feet and the gold was found.”

If the first buyer had kept patience for some more time and kept continuing with the efforts he would have got the gold. So the PATIENCE IS NECESSARY.

Why skill development trainings are required?

Despite the fact that India is a fast-developing economy, there is an urgent need of skilled work force. Skilled workforce is the backbone of the industries. To gain this they must acquire education and skilled expertise that prepares them for the labour market, Many of the major industries are in losses because of the same cause.

“Lack of skilled workers impacts on all three fronts: quality, delivery, and costs,” says K.V. Rangaswami, president of construction at Mumbai-based Larsen.

The employers are trying to catch up the highly skilled manpower and the salaries are going through the roof. Each and every industry is facing the shortage of skilled man power.

The only solution is Institutions who are training students in the field of ITI, Diploma, Tool & Die making should plan for the major practical oriented courses rather than theoretical systems and increase the student outputs. At the same time parents should understand the need of the hour for the betterment of their children and focus on the quality oriented practical courses. As the technical people are required in every industry and every sector the scope of growth is much more comparing to any other field of education.

Chanakya Neeti – “A man is great by deeds, not by birth.”

As everybody is doing some work for their livelihood, no man is great by birth. For example no man is called right from birth as a Businessman, Doctor, Advocate, Engineer, Painter, Singer, Actor, Architect, Pilot and Scientist etc. Everyone is recognized by their work. The best efforts are put in their respective fields so as to succeed. You become great by deeds you do in life….

You become successful in whatever you are doing with your hard work and dedication. Always keep higher goals in life, make a right plan and start working towards the success of the venture.

Good deeds are always remembered by everyone. Your deeds make you the person who you are. You are always remembered by your deeds.

Good luck for all your great deeds.
