Mindset Mentorz was founded by Krishnna Tickare, an entrepreneur, business strategist, and transformational mentor who believes that the true breakthrough in business begins with the transformation of the leader.

Krishnna’s journey is not built on theory alone. It comes from years of building businesses, navigating challenges, leading teams, making strategic decisions, and experiencing the realities of entrepreneurship firsthand.

Over the past two decades, he has been actively involved in multiple industries including Mergers & Acquisitions, manufacturing, technology ventures, real estate, and leadership development.

Through these experiences, he discovered a powerful insight:
