How to learn from failures?

“Anyone who has never made a mistake has never tried anything new” — Albert Einstein

Whenever we work on some projects or ventures, it happens that many times we might come across with failures. That does not mean that we are not able to succeed, failures are the stepping stones for the success. Failure is so called Experience.
You can not be a perfectionist always. If you afraid of mistakes, you will spend most of your life doing nothing. When you try to move forward there are chances of mistakes.
Understand why mistake happened? Answer yourself with reasons for the mistakes. Understand the mistakes and cause of failures.
Don’t repeat the mistake, once the mistake has been done, many of the cases you can plan to correct it. In some of the cases you may not be in a position to correct. Whatever may be the situation understand the mistake and try not to repeat the same mistake again. you might pay heavily for the mistake.
Mistakes are the lessons, try and learn the maximum from the mistakes you make in the life, it is the really worthy lessons you will learn and proceed further towards the growth.

We cannot always play safe in life, one has to take risk to grow, may be you can call it as taking a calculated risk. There is saying in business “high risk, high profit”. If you are looking to grow faster or you are looking to reach higher lever in less time span, then definitely the risk involved in more in the activity you are planning for.

Whenever you plan to start the new project, work out for all the risk involved and plan the solutions for the same. That will help you to analyze the forth coming problems and your short falls to complete the project. Involve and get associated with the right and like minded people who are equally interested to complete the project and want to see the venture successful.

What does success mean to you?

Everyone has different opinion and meaning for success. For many people its measured in terms of money. Most people, however, would say it’s about more than money. It’s about that all-important work/life balance. After all, no matter how much money you make, if other aspects of your life are not in harmony, can you be called truly successful?

Success is measured in many terms like Family, Relationships, Finance, status in Society, Social life, Carrier, wealth, Time, Health etc. Really one has to look at all the areas of life. Many people have everything but don’t have time to enjoy the same. Is it really called success?

And some people have got everything other than good health? Is it the right way of success?

Somebody said, “Success is to be able to spend life and time on my own way and own wish

Are people going away from Values?

Everyone is grown up in the guidance of parents and society, and surely no one will teach them to be greedy about the money. While growing everyone one is taught with qualities like ethics, honesty, loyalty, care for others, respect for others, values of life etc.

Why suddenly the grown up people start changing many times? Why they become self centered? Why they become greedy?

How can we make sure that the these qualities will become the major focus of our lives?

How can we practice good things, good ethics? Is it possible to simplify our life system with the right values?

Chanakya Neeti – Keep the end in Mind.

“Before you start some work, always ask yourself three questions –
1) Why am I doing it,
2) What the results might be and
3) Will I be successful.
Only when you think deeply and find satisfactory answers to these questions, go ahead.”   – by Chanakya

What a result oriented approach, whenever we are planning to start some project it’s really advisable that we need to plan out the total project right from starting to the end. We need to really focus on the results we are expecting as a success of the project. Before starting if we ask ourselves the above questions and answer honestly chances of getting the expected results are more. Create the objective and scope of the project clearly before proceeding for execution. If possible make a step wise plan to complete the project.
